Welcome to the 2026 Fall Tackle Football Registration with Milton Youth Football (WI)!

Milton Youth Football offers kids in the community a chance to learn and play tackle football.

Our leagues start with first grade and continue through the eighth grade. 

First through sixth graders are instructed and taught the fundamentals of football. It is not until you get to the seventh and eighth grade levels that an official score and records are actually kept.

Registration Fees: Equipment included with the registration fees are helmet, shoulder pads, padded pants. Each player in 1st thru 8th grades are also given a game jersey with last name on back which they get to keep. 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

PLEASE ENSURE TO SELECT THE GRADE YOUR CHILD WILL BE GOING INTO DURING THE UPCOMING SEASON, NOT WHAT THEY ARE IN CURRENTLY.

Registration Fees:

• 1st & 2nd Graders: Smaller field, smaller numbers on teams/field, fully padded. Focused on Fundamentals. Program to be modeled after the USA Football Junior Tackle Format (7 on 7, 8 on 8) to offer the safest youth football option around! Registration Fees: $175

• 3rd & 4th Graders (Local Travel): Games Primarily in Milton and Janesville. Full Field, Full Game. More in depth techniques and schemes. Registration Fees: $225

• 5th Grade (Travel): Participate in Full Games with Badger Central Youth Football Alliance. Registration Fees: $225

• 6th Grade (Travel): Participate in Full Games with Badger Central Youth Football Alliance. Registration Fees: $225

• 7th Grade (Travel): Competitive Games with Badger Central Youth Alliance. Registration Fees: $250

• 8th Grade (Travel): Competitive Games with Badger Central Youth Alliance. Registration Fees: $250

Players will be drafted into teams. There are 6 age based divisions.

Please register your child for the grade they are entering into for Fall of 2026.

• 5th Graders (Jr Travel)

• 6th Graders (Jr Travel)

• 7th Grade (Travel)

• 8th Grade (Travel)

Please understand that all equipment, unless otherwise designated, is the sole property of MYF and is on a loan only basis for the current season.

Please make every effort to return equipment, cleaned and in a timely fashion should my child / children no longer participate in the league before the season is complete.

Please make every effort to return the equipment on the designated equipment hand-in-day which is normally following the last game of the regular season. (Applies to 1st thru 6th grade leagues only)

Parents assume full responsibility for the return of all equipment and will pay all necessary replacement costs resulting in items lost, stolen or damaged beyond what would be expected under normal use. Examples of costs for some common items listed below - not all items are listed:

Replacement cost for Pad Fitted Pants - $35.00

Replacement cost for Shoulder Pads - $65.00

Replacement cost for a 1st - 6th grade Helmet - $160.00

Replacement cost for a 7th or 8th grade Helmet - $185.00

Milton Youth football is a Volunteer Organization and support is needed from every family to help make everything run smoothly.

We will be seeking Volunteers to assist with Field Set up and Take Down, Concessions, Equipment Return Day, our Football Fest at UW-W Game Day and other various times. 

Please be prepared to sign up via Dibs. More information will be sent out closer to the start of season. 

You will NOT be asked to work and miss your players game, but instead usually a time slot before or after their game time. Additionally, we are offering the opportunity to opt out of volunteering for $50 per-child. Those who do not opt out will be expected to participate in the volunteering requirement. If a family fails to fulfill their obligation they will be asked to sign up the last few weeks of the season or be expected to pay the additional $50 per-child at that time. Do you off an apparel shop?

Absolutely! Typically we will do 2-3 apparel shops per season. One around registration time and 1-2 more during the season. Keep an eye out on Facebook for announcements.

Is there any camps for my child to try out football for the first time?

Each year we do our best to provide 1-2 free camps at Schilberg Park for anyone to come out and try out football. It is absolutely no charge and it will have plenty of coaches and volunteers available to answer any questions you may have.
